About Aim High
Whether you currently serve, are interested in joining or want to stay connected to friends and family who serve, let the Aim High app be your guide for U.S. Air Force news, events and career opportunities. It provides opportunities for individuals to participate in events, share content, and invite family and friends to follow their initial training experience. Aim High empowers every Air and Space Professional to identify and guide the next generation of warfighters to their best match for service.

Project Overview
Air Force Recruiters go into the field and leave behind materials such as flyers, pamphlets, brochures, and business cards with QR codes on them. This process is known as Zone Canvassing Event. Such events are created in AFRISS (Air Force Recruiting Information Support System) and pulled into Aim High. Now, a recruiter can track the locations they visited and keep track of the Views and Leads from that specific location.

Introduction
US Air Force Recruiters are specialized personnel responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding potential recruits through the enlistment process for the United States Air Force (USAF). Recruiters reach out to communities, schools, and individuals to inform them about career opportunities in the Air Force. They conduct presentations, attend career fairs, and organize recruitment events to attract potential recruits.

What is Zone Canvassing?
Zone canvassing is a systematic approach used by US Air Force Recruiters to identify and engage potential recruits within a specific geographic area or "zone." Recruiters establish relationships with local schools, community centers, and other organizations. They may give presentations, set up informational booths, and attend community events to increase visibility and build trust within the community.
Design Solution
To design a solution for the problem being faced in the rapid growing fashion industry, an app and supportive collaterals are created using the UrbanSuburban brand language to promote sustainable fashion.
How does it work?

My Recruiting QR Codes

Dividing a recruiter's QR codes into two sections to simplify finding their 'My Site' QR code. This setup also allows them to view the drop-off history and metrics associated with that QR code.
Recruiter 'My Site'
Generate New QR Code
A recruiter can now create and save an event QR code on Aim High. They can revisit the created QR code and reuse it at the same location where it was previously dropped off.

A recruiter can view all their QR codes in one place, with options to search by keywords or filter by AFRISS events, saved QR codes, and past events. Selecting a QR code allows them to see its metrics and drop-off history.

My Recruiting Locations

To simplify Zone Canvassing for recruiters, locations are now viewable in both Map and List views. By clicking on a specific location, recruiters can see its drop-off history and the QR code that was left there.
Viewing Locations
Dropping off QR code
While Zone Canvassing in the field, recruiters can now drop off a unique QR code at a location. Using Aim High, they can scan the QR code to capture the location and save the drop-off details.

Admin Website
A recruiter's flight chief can track the recruiter's progress or check the performance of a QR code. They can also search by location to view detailed information
